Happened upon their soft opening and three of us sat down for lunch. The have an "executive menu" where you get a starter, a "galette" described to us as a "crunchy crepe" and a dessert. Starters are salads or soup, the full menu of galettes and desserts are fruit, ice cream or creme brulee. The service aspect of this is still getting worked out, and as of Sunday, Dec. 6 they did not yet offer the full menu (so, anything other than the set menu with galettes is not yet available). The servers were very nice and apologetic for the logistical first day blunders. The galettes are indeed crunchy, simple toppings and come with a side salad with some kind of mustard vinaigrette.
