There are new owners, same kitchen staff. Seating is prompt, and a carafe of water is left on the table. Mehmet is gracious and professional. More than happy to describe the entrées. The restaurant has an upscale look to it. Attractive artwork on the walls, the tables and chairs are also comfortable and functional. The dinner and flatware are very attractive and distinctive. The food is presented very artfully; it almost seems a shame to eat it. There's a new two part lunch menu. Pick one course from the top and one from the bottom. It becomes a complete meal. The chicken soup with vegetables is a meal in itself. Very filling and tasty. Along the wall is seating for a family gathering.

Excellent, thank you for your service. I will be coming here with my family. Relaxing vibes and music. The food is amazing, tasty and authentic. Love it! Come and try it. You will absolutely love this place.

We enjoyed the casual ambiance, the service was ok, and the food was fairly decent. Walked away feeling fine. A few hours later, fire in the hull. Core clutching chaos. Had to drop the kids off at the pool. Several times. I have a food handlers certificate and I suspect it was the egg based sauce that came with the calamari.

First time at Sarah's Mediterranean Grill was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is lovely, staff so pleasant and helpful, and the food DELICIOUS! Will absolutely return Only thing I was not prepared for is that they are still waiting for their liquor license so BYOB. Go and enjoy you will not be disappointed

Everything was absolutely amazing at Sara's! The octopus was so fresh and the dips in the mezze platter were delicious. Mehmet was such a lovely server as well. We stumbled upon Sara's after a day of errands and I felt very underdressed. It is a bit more of a casual dressy vibe.

Wow.....amazing decor, very nice service and yummy food! The only downside is the price....it is a little overpriced. I'd prefer bigger portions for the price, but all in all good Turkish food and I would return again!

Kunafa

Went for Christmas Eve dinner and it was perfect. The ambiance is serene and beautiful. The hospitality was excellent. We had the hummus and tzatziki appetizer with warm pita bread. I had the manti as a main dish, which is a middle eastern comfort food for me and it didn't disappoint. I kept sneaking the grilled vegetables from the kebab platter the rest of my family was eating--so good! For dessert the kunafa was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great Food and Great service! Loved the decor and the owner who served us was so gracious and accommodating. It was a cool rainy day out and he noticed I was a little cold and turned on the heat for a bit and served us delicious tea! The sage tea was excellent! We shared the steak, lamb chicken kabob platter got salad and lentil soup. When I say everything was excellent, I mean it. So glad I found this gem of a restaurant! I've already referred so many friends!

We went there and it had just opened up. They still didn't have their liquor license. But in the process of obtaining it. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Three server was very attentive to us I would definitely return

There's free parking, easy access, full bar with top shelf spirits, reasonable prices, catering, and a clean and inviting atmosphere. You guys rate well on both platforms, why the smoke and mirrors? You have nothing to hide from! I ordered the grill trio (Mashawai platter), a huge order of seasoned lamb, cubed spicy chicken, and kufta kabab, peppered with delightful seasoned French fries. You can also get basmati rice or fattoush salad, but man, those fries are dynamite. And a huge portion size! Would easily feed two! I also ordered the falafel sandwich, "the works!" This amalgam of tastiness that includes tahini, pickles, parsley, lettuce, tomato, onions, hummus, and hot sauce. A delightful smorgasbord of flavors. The outer wrap was grilled perfectly. Outside of their Doordash identity, this place also offers: hummus dishes, tabbouleh, labnah. Soups: lentil, fattoush. Multiple sandwiches: beef kofta, falafel, lamb, gyro. Veggie platers, beef and chicken shawarma platters. Salads: greek, Arabic, falafel, yum yum, fattoush, tabbouleh. Hudson Valley Falafel. Falafel Town. In person. Delivery. I know this place is top notch. I hope they merge their identities soon.

But it's not a big gripe because the food is always well seasoned even if it isn't peppery. Great service and friendly staff at this Sri Lankan restaurant…read more The manager/owner used to be a chef at the UN after traveling the world for various stints after leaving Sri Lanka at age 25. He will fill you with his wealth of knowledge of Sri Lankan food as well as how his food is pure and wholesome. Food was very good. I had Sri Lankan rice entree specialty dish. Except for the the shrimp tasting like dried shrimp - which I hate with a passion the rest of the dish was pretty good. No complaints from my other guests who enjoyed their meals. The dessert was great. They have both vegetarian (including goat, beef, pork, shrimp, squid, and chicken) and non-vegetarian options. It fell short of five stars for two reasons: 1. the dried shrimp or dried fish taste in the dish (shimp, calamari, and chicken); and 2. the moderately high prices (I can only compare to prices at Indian restaurants in the city, and what people are typically paying for the same portion size at casual sit down restaurants) Since we don't frequent this location often it is a treat to stop by every once in awhile and introduce my friends to it. If you are on a budget and consume large volumes of food to be full, this is most likely a one off or a place you may want to skip. Otherwise, enjoy it. On premise parking lot and seems ADA compliant. It looks like it is in a house, but inside it is comfortable and casual. It appears there is allot more local customers than visitors from out of town. The interior plays tourist information on Sri Lanka while the interior is also decorated in culturally appropriate ascents. We were there on a Saturday for dinner and the space was fairly empty - perhaps two other tables occupied. It is in sort of a remote area outside the main drag of Beacon most are familiar with (not within reasonable walking distance). It's worth a try, especially if you are interested in healthier forms of food (ingredients).

The portions are quite generous. Now for the food. We started with Moroccan Cigars; Merguez wrapped in phyllo, very yummy. I had the Eggs Sophie; crispy potato latkes, smoked salmon, top with sunny side eggs and a small salad. The Avocado Toast with sunny side eggs, feta cheese on a multigrain toast was delicious. Shakshuka ( regular or spicy) careful with the spicy, eggs, peppers, feta, cilantro with stewed tomatoes was equally delicious. The Schnitzel and waffles delicious, copious serving. STAY AWAY: An Insult to Israeli Cuisine and Common Sense…read moreRating: 0/5 Stars As an Executive Chef and an Israeli citizen, I am rarely speechless, but "Blondit" managed to achieve a level of stupidity beyond comprehension. Let's start with the name. In Hebrew, blondinit is often used as a derogatory shorthand for a shallow, vacuous, or "clueless" woman. It is incredibly fitting that the owners chose this name, as it perfectly reflects the restaurant's operational philosophy: total, unadulterated ignorance. The entire experience was an exercise in deception. This isn't just a bad kitchen; it's a "fake" restaurant. They have no understanding of the ingredients they are handling or the culture they claim to represent. The menu is a work of fiction. What you order is never what arrives because the kitchen staff clearly doesn't know what they are making or selling. The "Food": A Culinary Disaster * The "Cigars": The menu promised delicate Moroccan cigars in crisp phyllo dough. What arrived were heavy, leaden, grease-soaked eggrolls. * The Lamb Burger: This was a masterclass in how not to cook. The meat was over-processed to the point of having the texture of "guppy poop" and was salted so heavily it was borderline toxic. * The Halloumi Fiasco: They topped the burger with Halloumi--a squeaky, salty cheese that does not melt. Placing a cold, rubbery slab of salt on top of an already oversalted, mushy patty shows a fundamental lack of basic culinary knowledge. The Environment: A Health Hazard If the food wasn't insulting enough, the atmosphere was stomach-turning. While I was attempting to navigate the inedible mess on my plate, there were kids vomiting in the dining area. Multiple children were getting sick, and the staff acted as if it were a routine occurrence. No one cared, no one rushed to clean it properly, and no one seemed concerned about the obvious health risks. I should have taken the vomiting children as a warning sign. I left the restaurant feeling ill and ended up getting violently sick from the few bites I actually managed to swallow. This place is an embarrassment to Israeli hospitality. It is fake food run by people with zero understanding of cooking. Save your money, save your stomach, and stay far away from this disaster. I will never return.
