Absolutely magical--the only coordinators you should ever consider!…read moreWords cannot describe how awesome Rachel and Kelly from Taylor White Events are! They made my wedding day feel like an absolute fairytale, and I truly felt like a princess. Beyond making everything look beautiful, they are absolute lifesavers. We had a couple of major crisis moments that could have completely ruined the day: our bakery lost our entire cake order, and the Castle where we booked our stay and wedding tried to tell us we couldn't stay in the room we had already paid for. Rachel and Kelly handled both situations flawlessly and fixed everything before it could go horribly wrong. They were absolutely amazing, professional, and fiercely protective of our big day. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, Taylor White Events is the only option for you! -Lindsey & Jason

From preventing the caterers from starting on time due to keeping people out of the venue for extended times, to preventing the aisle runner to be pulled out because she was standing in the way during the ceremony. She stood in front of the officiant and groom during the wedding. She was obtrusive throughout the wedding and reception, constantly preventing guests from being able to see and enjoy the wedding couple. To further cause timeline issues, she decided that the meal would be served 1 hour before the scheduled time, because she was hot, causing havoc for the caterers and DJ. She then took the entire wedding party back out for additional photos for an hour+ after the meal. Approximately 50% of the guests left while this was occurring as they traveled to see a wedding, and celebrate the couple, not to be neglected. The entire flow of the wedding was constantly disrupted by her unprofessional ability to maintain a schedule. She was more concerned with talking and flirting with the groomsmen than doing her job. In addition she repeatedly made derogatory comments about the grooms family. Unless your intention is to have a photo shoot instead of a wedding, I would recommend finding a photographer that can maintain a schedule and conduct herself professionally.
