I never seriously said I would bring in snow, that was a joke. We went fir the shoot at the location you selected. This was a location where you had previously shot photos for another family and you were the one that said we should go further down the road. The weather was an issue with changing dates not to mention a couple other family issues. This shouldn't be that abnormal to you if you have 12 people to coordinate, not all living in Enumclaw. But s family of seven when they're one set of parents and their children isn't the same as a family of 12 from multiple households. I was not late, there are two parking lots near the expo center. We had never been there and consequently went to the wrong lot. I communicated with you. I ended up photoshopping some of the images you sent me and was still only able to blow up a couple images without being grainy. I have a 30x30" print over my fireplace which is what I hired you for. I printed another 11x14 & an 8x10. Bottom line is between my three adult children, one had a 5x7 printed, that's it. The others didn't really like the shots. So it wasn't just me. They are ages 32-44, very kind, hard working and successful people with good taste. Sorry, we just didn't care for your artistic style. That's why there are so many photographers to choose from.
