Amazing finds. Amazing people. Amazing deals. Amazing food. I think I enjoyed just being there more than anything else. I found some great eats. Homemade fresh pork skins, Mexican Street Corn, Fresh Lemonade, Polish Sausage. Everything was delicious. I left with washing powder and a mop lol. Totally not what I went for but hey. Can't wait until June to go back. It's only the first Saturday of every month and it's awesome. It takes about 2 hours to walk the entire thing. Bring cash. Maybe it was the weather or just late in the morning, but we got there around 10:30 and some of the vendors were taking down their goods and closing up. Many of the spaces appeared to be unoccupied. A lot of the same things for sale, like they'd all gotten together and decided to push certain clothing items. I didn't see any antiques, but we did pick up some excellent pear relish, flat of fresh double yoke eggs and a Chinese made billhook, I should have gotten the machete too. FYI: the wife loved the boil peanut, said they were creamy and well seasoned. I'm a roasted nut guy. read more

This was an OK time. They had some good things fir sale like honey from Asheville and some good candlemakers. There were a handful of vendors that sold genuine craft items and goods that they made themselves and those were the best vendors. The rest of the folks were selling stuff like what you would get at the dollar general, which hey if you can save a buck or two on washing powder go for it. We bought peaches that were so delicious, a large jar of honey from Asheville, gain scent boosters, and several candles. Not what my husband was shopping for but I was good to go. read more
