A CONVENIENT GET-TOGETHER SPOT... A friend of mine hosted a party at Santiago Parkside Estates and it's actually really nifty. The clubhouse was clean, includes a kitchen, pool room, playground and more. I think the location is pretty quiet and parking is decent as long as you get to your event early. I wish the clubhouse had more bathrooms as it's pretty annoying having one room with one stall/urinal for an entire party of 100+ people. Also, this spot is not very handicap accessible. read more

This place is trash! Don't live here , have family who lives here for 3+ years and always gets there cars towed and the manager is always just being a creep and doesn't mind her business! So sad . She only allows some residence to do whatever they want!! read more

Against state and Federal code management now only wants wooden fences. We asked for three years in a row to take down a tree. Now, when money is tight we have until 2/14 to take the tree down or they will charge us twice (double) as much as local companies charge. Wonder who they're paying other family member apparently. I guess they lost control of the chain link fencing companies. I am so tired of the illegal fraudlent activities. They sure knew who to buy when the bought the city council. If you hire yourself they go ahead and redo so they can charge!!! and they can because they bought the politicians. Do not move to or live in RIALTO at all!!! read more

The manager here is on a power trip. She lets the manager title get to her head. She will interpret the rules in regulation in her own way. Her upper management/s will back her up aswell. She will be friendly with you in the beginning just to get that sale or etc. After that its game on, she will not let you live in peace. She harrasses everyone at the park. Everybody that lives here complain about her and her upper management. read more

management is trash always shutting off utilities with no warning we have kids and jobs to do and can't even shower in our own home we pay for she has favorites and it's shameful always handing out violations when her own home she used the handyman as her personal butler to cater to her but lights need fixing around the park he's too busy cleaning her home don't move here management will make you want to leave read more

Dirty place with inadequate management, also is fairly expensive for a mobile home park. Would not live here.
