I have lived in the park for over 10 years. This year, 2026, I had write-ups and was given 7 days to comply. My swamp cooler was installed before I moved, but now it's a problem. I have tall trees in the backyard, and now I am being told to remove them. They install new guest parking signs. If you own more than 2 cars, you will be written up, and your car will be towed the next day. I received a notice 2 months ago, but my neighbors have been using the guest parking every day without notice. When we moved in, there were no parking signs; now they are everywhere. You complain to the corporation and management, but nothing is done. I feel I am being forced out of my home, which I have completely paid off. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME WITH THIS SHITTY PLACE RAN BY THESE SHITTY PEOPLE!!!! Chris is the sweetest person at that place , he tried his hardest to get us into a home.. Now Kathy on the other hand, that woman is TERRIBLE!!! She's unprofessional, lies & doesn't know what she's doing!! I gave her a guide to our bank statement showing the month, date & amount my husband and I have made and she refused to use that guide to help her, claiming we haven't worked for several of months when I have proof with bank statements and pay stubs!! She claimed that she canceled our escrow so we could get our deposit back & she never did! I had to contact the escrow company to handle it myself! She talks to you as if your stupid & realistically she is!! Their moto is if they can't get you in the home that you want, they try to get you into another one.. THEY DID NOT HELP US AT ALL!!! They denied us for a house and that was that. No help for getting into the house we wanted nor helping us get into a cheaper one. Yes it's the nicest mobile home park in Barstow , but I refuse to give this shitty company my money!! I'm not the first person they have done this to, I have a family member that went through the same problem!! Worse place to try to live or try to live. Unorganized and tell you that your approved then come back and tell you your not after assuring you to put in your 30 days for current living situation. Discrimination based on things on credit that renters shouldn't even consider. The amount of personal information they want for a trailer park is out of control and completely unrealistic. The girl Maria "running" the office gives you thumbs up then ask you for the same paperwork you've given her multiple times cause she says she doesn't have it. For being in Barstow it's a joke. Try to reach someone higher than her and the chic never returns calls just hides because she knows what she's doing is wrong. Telling people they are approved having them put in the 30 days to tell them weeks before oh wait your not approved to potentially have people out of a place to live after jumping hoops is ridiculous.
