The first charge was for $3.50, and the second was for $50 transaction fee which capital one banking does not charge and would have re-imbursed if it was a separate charge to capital one. But no, this bank took the entire amount. You have dollars in the atm, and your gonna charge 10% fee. Stick to the allpoint network tourists in mexico.
