Santander has very bad management and systems. There are many things that if you want to do ( like a large withdrawal ) where you need to either go in person, or by using WhatsApp with the "executive team". This is already a bad system as you kind of need to know their vacation schedule, but to make it worse the the "executive team" are very non-responsive and somewhat rude. I wasted a lot of time waiting in line in multiple branches trying to get the special exchange rate when making a transfer, but the employees were giving contradictory information that I ended up going a different route read more
