I checked online, and the hours are listed as being open until 3 PM on a Saturday. I got there at 1:15 and two staff members were locking up the entrance. I knocked on the door and the woman employee pointed at the ATM in the foyer and said use that. That ATM screen said it was out of service. I walked around to the drive-thru ATM, and that one was also out of service. Staff were still standing in foyer so I said please can you let me in really quick, you're supposed to be open until 3:00 and both your ATMs are out of service. The male staff member was very irritated with me and said abruptly "no, we are closed. We are closed" and walked away. In the ten minutes I've sat in the parking lot typing this review no less than eight other cars have come by and tried to use the drive-thru or walked up to the front entrance only to find it closed and the ATM nonfunctional. This is so damn inconvenient. Everybody needs money on a Saturday afternoon and expects the bank to be open and the next TD location is all the way in Milltown.

With Chase, I was told that I had to go into the branch with the certificate as well as 2 forms of ID. When at this branch, I met with a rude banker. He kept asking me who owned the account. I said my wife and I. He kept asking as if I were under interrogation. Then, I asked if my wife joined us would that solve the issue. So, I got her to come in. Again, he was asking who owned the company. My wife and I said the both of us do 50/50. Then, he said that he needed documented proof of ownership. Why didn't he say this before I dragged my wife to the branch. He wasted our time. He was rude and, frankly, not too smart. Stay away from this branch and Chase altogether.

Chase has my mortgage and my main credit card which is a Disney Visa…read more About a month back, I went to this branch because I was not using the rewards and wanted to get a credit card that would have rewards that better fit my lifestyle. The rep sold me on a Chase Freedom Unlimited card. He went on to say that that if I allowed more charges to go thru on the Chase Disney Visa, I could call their 800 number and request a one time transfer of the reward dollars to the Chase Disney credit card as a statement credit and then close the account. IT WAS A LIE!! They have refused to honor that transfer. I have made over a dozen calls and no one is willing to give me an accommodation to honor the things said in the original meeting. I believe this to be FRAUD. If I cant trust things told to me by one of their reps, how can I continue to do business with them? I have spoken to reps and their escalation team as well. On the last call, I was told the branch manager would contact me within 48 hours with a resolution. We are beyond that time frame--- and no call or resolution. This has been nothing but aggravation. For reference, the rewards balance is $360. Yes--- that small amount! On average, between the mortgage and the credit cards, they make close to $1000 per month on my accounts in interest. Seems like a bad decision made by someone who is not looking at the big picture but that's their call to make. I just wanted to put that out there in case anyone was considering opening an account with them. Note: things you are told are not necessarily going to be true so don't make decisions based on what they tell you. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I will give them a few more weeks to fix this before I begin shopping around for a new credit card and then eventually do the same with my mortgage. They have destroyed a 22 year relationship we have had all in the interest of saving $360. Enjoy the money, Chase. The clock is ticking on us doing business. Recent years they have a security guard that opens the door for you when you come and go. That's different! Usually two tellers, maybe three if it's busy are operating at a time. And another for the drive-thru deposits. When I needed more in depth assistance I went to Harry and I believe, Sonia, and they were so friendly, patient, and just nice to talk and ask questions. Never felt rushed or talked down to. Usually always someone around to ask for assistance, say you're looking around to get to your safety deposit box. It's not flooded with employees (that would be overkill and rather annoying if each one asked you if you needed help), but not so few where you are waiting around searching under desks to find someone who works there. The tellers are friendly where they will exchange some pleasantries, like the weather, what are you doing over the holiday, etc. There is one teller that I always dread seeing, and I forget her name. Nice woman, but she seems to think she knows me, but only remembers me from years back, so each time she refers to something, it's like, from 10 plus years ago! And in that case, I wish she would just deposit the money and not talk. Overall, good place. I use online banking for most things, and the app to do small deposits. But I've always liked the location.

What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.

Definitely more efficient.
