They did Natural wine and sulfate free wine. It was very nice and they distribute to all sorts of places in Italy and Prague, London and some other places in Europe. When the Grand Master resides, the flag of the Knights of Malta is flown. It is very rare for a building to have been under the possession of a single entity for more than 1000 years. The Knights are no longer in the arms business, but are doing a great job with wine and olive oil! I am sure they have humanitarian affiliations I am not aware of. This place is a must see! It is beautifully positioned overlooking Lake Trasimento in the heart of Umbria. Visit the castle then go down to the beach!
