Outrageous Billing for 5-Minute Wart Removal…read more I went to Sanford for a quick wart removal on my finger a basic procedure involving liquid nitrogen that took less than 5 minutes. No consultation, no diagnostics, no complexity. They billed my insurance $348 for it. After contacting billing and speaking with a director, they attempted to justify it by citing things like malpractice insurance and provider licensing as if that explains charging 20x 1700% markup what an over-the-counter wart treatment costs at a pharmacy. I formally disputed the charge on July 29, requested an itemized bill and CPT codes, and gave them 15 business days to respond. Still no answer. This is price gouging, plain and simple. If Sanford can't provide fair, transparent billing for basic services, why should any patient trust them?

They scheduled an appointment my daughter's appointment with an unprofessional, inexperienced, and ruthless physician assistant, whose name is Victoria Punton. She did not care to calm down my daughter and wait before removing the mold. She took a blade and started cutting the skin without right after she numbed the spot and cut extra skin due to negligence. I say negligence because she did not wait at all until my daughter stops crying and shaking her body. Now, my daughter has a bigger scar on her face than what we expected.

I needed to clean up some talcum powder off of the carpet and the vacuum is not able to do this without the motor whistling. I also have had to travel to Fargo to get it repaired, and the service has been terrible. After 2 months of repeatedly trying to get my vacuum, I talked to Doug and all he tried to do was sell me another vacuum. when I asked him what was wrong with my vacuum, he told me he didn't know, and couldn't tell me. It never was fixed. I picked it up and am taking a huge loss on this machine. I will never buy again. Sad, because it is wonderful vacuum for regular cleaning. Customer service is awful.
