Lies about what she has "been" charging for alterations. I have gone there numerous times and never charged so much. Couldn't find my items, I had too. Extremely long wait for her to come up front. Store is messy and smells like smoke. When I asked about pricing she Yelled at me and continued to do so. I said I will not be back. I treated her kindly and with respect. She cannot say the same. I dropped off a white lab coat to have a patch put on the sleeve. This coat was purchased locally and tried on in the store with others to ensure a proper fit. The store owner also personally packaged this coat and it was clear there were not markings at the time of purchase. When I picked this coat up from sandy will sew I did not check the condition and waited a few days before removing it from the bag. This was a big mistake as the coat was covered in numbers written in red marker. It was clear these measurements were for alterations which included multiple markings on the back of the coat, markings on the inside and outside of each cuff as well as markings specifically spaced for each button. I called sandy will sew and was informed I dropped the coat off in this condition- this is impossible and frankly a lie. RUDE!!!! Extremely rude when asking any questions. Will never take my clothing back to her. Hemming looks awful after a washing.
