Some of the crew apparently were new, so they were not efficient with their time and didn't seem to have a system for executing the move better, they were on their phones several times, they were hooting and hollering (ask our new neighbors) they rode on one of the bikes (with tires not completely aired up) up the ramp into the truck, they just dumped tons of boxes in garage instead of going into the rooms that were all labeled and showed to them beforehand. A bolt to the master bed was lost, a slat to the queen bed was broken, scratches on a couple pieces of furniture were new. We had some friends helping moving several boxes and the more precious items to save money and because they were not efficient, it didn't make a difference - and it should have. They inadvertently took our dolly and it took over a month of texts and emails to get it back. I know things happen but we moved here 3 years ago from Illinois and had NONE of these issues. Night and day. I will never use this company again. They interviewed well though (we interviewed 3 companies) which is very disappointing. One of the services in Greenville told me the total would be $300+ to clean the entire loveseat and then sanitize it even though I only needed the one cushion cleaned/sanitized. When I called Angel's Touch, the nicest gentleman asked if the cushion cover was removable. I told him it was so he gave me instructions on how to launder and dry it and then gave me the name of a product that he uses in order for me to sanitize the cushion insert. The cover laundered perfectly and the insert has no trace of cat urine. This business did not make a penny off of me this time but if/when I have any other cleaning needs they will be my first choice.

Southern Woodchucks met with us several times to formulate a plan to facilitate adequate drainage, that would not drastically change our property's natural contours, which is one of the aspects that had originally sold us on the lot. Now that we are well into the rainy season we appreciate the fine work that was done to move the water around our building site and down to the street. They also distributed grass seed at the end of the grading, which has helped greatly in stabilizing the soil, until we can progress to the landscaping phase.
