I had bought a lawn vac because local dealer and wrongly expected service. Have had multiple problems and been directed to contact manufacturer to deal with problem and to get parts. When asked for a part from floor model so i could mow (3 weeks back order) i was told that wasn't possible incase a new customer wanted unit. So much for caring for existing customer. It should actually be a zero. Bought a zero turn mower from them. didn't mow properly. When they brought it down, didn't have gas in it, but insisted it did kept stopping because it didn't have gas in it. never did mow properly. Sales person didn't want to show me how to run it or have any involvement just dropped it off and left. He returned it within a half hour of dropping it off to me. Owners said they would return my money and tAlex $200. of the money from me because they said they would have to clean it. Owners were rude, deceitful. lied from beginning to end. Basically stole my money. Currenty holding my check for $4337.69 and the mower. Thwy wont give money back without $200 charge.
