I booked in for a massage and a couple of other things and, I was told they would accommodate me despite being busy. So I arrived and on the dot I was taken in for my massage and so on. The staff are nice people but, just totally missing the personal touch. I have been to so many spas around the world and I felt like I was on a factory floor being run through the conveyor belt by robots. To make matters worse whilst starting on the dot was quite important (I was made to wait till it was exactly my appt time) they finished everything at least 10-12 minutes before than advertised. I felt rushed through the massage and, it was a weak attempt at a massage. I don't mind paying for good service but this was the type of service I would normally never pay for. Maybe they were busy but, I don't appreciate being short changed and the complete lack of personal touch. Given the choice I would never use the spa services again. There are loads of great spas in and around the region that might benefit from my expenditure.
