I have had State Farm insurance for my car and home for many, many years. Sandy has been my agent since day one. He is the best! He is very helpful and understanding to my needs. Explains everything great. I have know Rachel and Cheryl for a long time, to which they have been great. Last year I had my catalytic converter stolen. I called State Farm and spoke with Dan. He gave me all the phone numbers I needed to contact to set up my claim. Everything was covered 100% and I did not have a deductible. He was also great with helping. Very helpful office. I am a state farm customer and my car brokedown far away from home. My car was towed across the street from this office so I decided to stop over and see if they could help me with some information about my emergency roadside assistance. They helped me fax my recently paid for tow charge to my home agent, gave me a number for a local rental car agency and answered any of my questions. Very helpful for not being my agent. read more

My wife was in an accident on Friday the 4th and totaled our truck, at the scene I called my insurance company and Rachael answered and started the claim immediately, within minutes she had the rental car ready for us and was very concerned about my wife's well being. After I hung up with her an insurance claims adjuster called and took all the info and classified it totaled and within minutes told me how much I will be getting for the truck and I should have the check by the 8th at the latest. I have had this insurance for years and never had a problem, however my daughters consistently had their rates changed. Today I was charged $554 for one month. I was quoted $230 after adding my daughter under my insurance. In the past several months, my bill has been inconsistent and was over charged in October, for more than $100, then November, billed $100, now this. I was treated with extreme rudeness when I called, and have not been reimbursed the funds. I was told by State Farm corporate that once you sign up for automatic withdrawal, they can withdraw any amount they deem appropriate. Do not use this insurance. read more
