I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's big and quite luxurious. The room we had was on the ground floor. It was spacious and equiped with all the necessary things. The room had a sliding door that took you to the garden area behind the building. It was lovely. We did not spend much time in the hotel, but the time we spent there was pleasant. Breakfast is a feast with lots of options: cold and warm. I do have to say it was very very busy.
The hotel is located in a quite street but very close to the historic center of the city. There is a parking facility behind the hotel, but you can also park in the parking garage down the street. This was a cheaper option than parking in the hotel area.
The only reason why this hotel gets 4 stars instead of 5, is that when we went to the restaurant around dinner time, we stood at the counter for several minutes without being asked if we wanted to be seated. We were about to head into town for dinner but were very curious about their restaurant menu. Several staff members walked past us as if they didn't see us and when we finally got a hold of someone, it was as if we were disturbing them. read more
