Working with Anna through the sale of our home in Escondido was nothing short of extraordinary. We…read moreexperienced a situation that most realtors will never encounter in their entire careers -- a sprinkler head was accidentally broken by the buyers' home inspection team, flooding nearly half of our home in the middle of escrow. It was a stressful, unexpected crisis, yet Anna remained calm, steady, and completely in control from the moment it happened. What impressed us most was how quickly she mobilized the right people. Within 48 hours, she coordinated a foreman, a painting crew, a flooring installer, and a carpenter/finisher to assess the damage and begin restoring the home. Our previous contractor couldn't even give us a firm completion date and was already projecting delays past June 1, despite being more than three weeks into the project with most of the work still undone. Anna stepped in, took charge, and had the entire home restored to its original sale condition within two weeks -- and she did it under the insurance company's budget. Her communication throughout the process was exceptional. She kept us informed at every step, asked tough questions when needed, and never hesitated to dig for answers if something wasn't clear. She handled an enormous amount of work behind the scenes, shielding us from the chaos and making sure every detail was addressed. What should have been a straightforward 3-4 week escrow turned into a 6 week ordeal, and without Anna's leadership, resources, and connections, we honestly don't know if the sale would have closed before the end of June. Anna is personable, knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly resourceful -- qualities every realtor should have but few truly do. We were extremely lucky to have her on our team, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. We have now happily moved into our new home as of the 22nd of June, 2026. AMAZING JOB!
