Jeremy and his team are an absolute godsend!…read more As a fairly new and fairly young widow, I decided to uproot everything I've known for the past 20 years and move from Silicon Valley to the sunny Boca Raton area. I found Jeremy as I was looking for potential new rentals on the internet. The company website is amazing and has so many listings that I was pretty certain I would be able to find something fantastic in my price range. Seriously, their website gave me hope! After speaking with Jeremy on the phone, he put together a full day of places to show me when I made a short trip out there. He nailed it! Not only did I secure an amazing property that exceeded my expectations, Jeremy somehow managed to find a private rental in a complex that has it's own dock! As soon as I saw it, I knew it was my next home! Jeremy talked me through the entire process, let me know exactly what was needed by when, and was amazing at staying in contact with me when I was back in California and preparing for my move. Moving is such a stressful ordeal and he absolutely made the entire process easier. There have been many, many little fires that I've had to put out, but Jeremy went above and beyond when he took delivery of my car that got to my new home days before I did! I'm so increibly grateful that I found Jeremy and Mizner Residential Realty! And I'm super picky about who I work with. I think he had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but exceeded every expectation I had by picking this property for me! Thank you!

He then whipped out a contract and told me he had so many clients, he could easily get my house sold in 30 days. I repeatedly told him I couldn't read the tiny font on the contract, and he just kept telling me "Oh, this just says this, that just means that; just sign here, initial there..." I bugged him for 5 or 6 days for a copy of the contract, and when I finally got it, it was nothing like he explained. Basically, he wrote it like a "net sale", where HE would keep all the equity my home has made over the years I owned it, if it sells for more than my "bottom line" , or what I needed to buy other house and move. Then it took him 2 weeks to even get it back on the mls, so I lost the house I wanted. Now it has taken him 6 weeks to get me an mls lockbox, so I have had to miss about 15 showings. He has had zero communication with me over those 6 weeks, not answering his phone, nor responding to voicemail, emails, or texts. Patty's guidance throughout the process, from preparing the home and taking photos all the way through closing, was invaluable. Patty and Chris were both extremely supportive every step of the way and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. Selling a home after 20 years of raising kids and making memories is an emotional rollercoaster, and they handled everything with care, patience, and empathy. Even after closing, they checked in on me as I relocated and recommended a moving company they've used in the past, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. Patty and Chris work beautifully as a team, and I truly could not imagine going through this experience with anyone else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier, luxury-level service and genuine people who truly care about their clients.

I understand that she was trying to sell me a home but she was not looking out for my best interest, She would make me give documents to the seller of the house in person instead of going through their Reltor. unaware of how unprofessional it was ! .... And every time I would say I'm not sure I want to buy the home she put me on the phone with some guy that would pressure me and try and convince me and finally I found a home in a not so good area she promised to help me rent it out.....me having the little hope left to see if she can actually would help me she ended up leaving me high and dry because she knew that my mortgage was too high to rent out ! the experience was the worst I've had in my entire life not to mention She didn't do her due diligence. To make sure the realtor for that owner turned off the utility so I got stuck with $1000 to pay on top of everything This woman is only looking out for herself and should NOT be a Reltor I was nothing but kind to her yet she took advantage!
