Sandra assisted my wife and I to get work permits and visitor's visas. Before we met Sandra we consulted four other highly rate laywers to assist and they all told us that we will not get work permits an defnitely will not get PR. Sandra listened to us and gave us options. we decided on one option and went for it. Today, six years later, we are both Canadian citizens. I must say that sometimes we was frustrated because we felt that it took too long to get to a certain milestone, but every time she delivered what she promised. Sandra does not advocate, she administrates, within her own terms. She is a nice lady and I like her, but liking her and getting a job done are 2 different things. If you have a difficult case I wouldn't recommend her, nor trust her. Thats harsh, but I don't, she's been in 4 different locations since I met her, and had several different assistants, all with attitude issues and little expertise. I don't know where to Start; throughout the 13 months, Sandra had 6 different legal assistants, I had to update each of them for detail and information; few of them were summer job student; who put wrong information and didn' fill out the all information on BC PNP website. My wife and I met Sandra in January 2018 We told Sandra we will have a wedding In October 2018, and we had 7 months before Work permit got expired. we apply not only BCPNP but also for Work permit extension to make our wedding to travel aboard. Sandra failed to extend on time and she has been passed along giving us poor advise now we are not eligible to receive Child benefit, my wife's EI as well as MSP. we had numerous phone appointment, appointments at her office to avoid these kinds of disaster. Sandra WILL NOT Be responsible and take any responsibility for your matter. she only will care about funds coming in for her and her firm. We would not use anyone else, cut a long story short we were in the UK she called us ask a few questions ask on how positive she was we would be ok and she said 98% we were accepted on work Visa's as soon as we got sorted she started our PR 6 years later we are just about to renew them. Overall, I would not recommend dealing with Sandra. I found her assistants to be cold to deal with and often I had to call several times to ensure that my message requesting consult had been passed along. They failed to tell me that during the initial phone consultation I should call them, so I waited to receive a call at the scheduled time for 20 minutes before calling myself to find out why I hadn't been called yet and was then told I may have to reschedule my consultation. The suggestions we received regarding our immigration applications were embarrassingly simple, such as change "N/A" to "none" on our forms, and even more embarrassing is that we were billed and paid over $1000 for this "advice". I would strongly recommend going with an immigration consultant instead, which is a more affordable option, or simply taking care to follow all instructions outlined by the CIC yourselves.
