He asked for my phone number and when I gave it to him. He said he went back four years and didn't find me and walked away. After a few minutes of me looking for the receipt in my email. I asked if he could look up my name. His reply was "everyone thinks their name is unique " I then asked if he can try my email. His response was a waive of his hand saying "one of them can if they want. I guess referring to his coworkers. I never raised my voice or said anything that might offend him, but from the first moment I felt like he didn't want to be bothered. So I stood there trying to figure out what to do next because I paid 250 for the bad battery. Then a young man came into the store " Mr. Olivencia " and immediately asked if he could help me. I explained what happened and he asked for my phone number. He immediately found my purchase receipt. He then checked my battery again and agreed it was bad and spilling acid all over my car. He quickly changed my battery and apologized for the bad experience. That young man is worth a million bucks. His customer service is excellent and if I ever go to that business again and don't see him. I will walk out and not spend a penny. The gentleman who treated me badly was an older gentleman who surprised me because I'd expect him to be the professional and not the young man. Goes to show you, anyone can be great or lousy at their job. I hope Mr Olivencia succeeds in everything he does. The other gentleman should be retired and put to pasture. He obviously doesn't want to work. Just wants to get paid.

I made an order to Hypermotive and after ten days of no update I emailed the sales manager, Adam, about potentially getting an update and to inform him that the voicemail inbox to the main customer service line was full. After two days from first emailing him, he sent me a tracking number and informed me they were waiting for spectrum to set up their phones. After the scheduled delivery date had passed and my package didn't show up, I tried to call their main contact line again but with no success. Apparently, they don't want spectrum to fix the phones to their business? At the two-week mark I emailed Jason, the owner/operator of the company, with my current situation. I told him I understand that they do not make the product and do not physically ship the item, they are simply just a broker. He responds with a screen shot from the company that will actually be shipping it, essentially telling me that they NEVER SHIPPED MY PACKAGE THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING WEEKS FOR. I reply to Jason only to receive NOTHING back AND HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER. This gives me the impression that Jason feels as if this has nothing to do with him? After knowing that there is an issue with a customer, I receive NO CALL OR EMAIL ASKING IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER OR APOLOGIZING FOR THE RIDICULOUS DELAY. This was supposed to be a gift for my brother, and I gave myself a safe 2 weeks to have it delivered in time. Unfortunately, it did not. They sat with my $225 and the owner did nothing to help my situation, especially after knowing I couldn't call to ask them for help. Essentially it doesn't matter that it was late, but that this company made ZERO effort to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LAZY COMPANY!
