They have pre-picked apples, caramel apples, various baked apple desserts and fresh pressed cider, as well as cider slushies. There is also a variety of home decor and gift items for sale. There was a cart outside with small pumpkins and gourds for sale as well. There is a short walk on a gravel path to get to the orchard. We strolled through the rows of trees and different varieties and picked almost a peck (you purchase bags by the orchard). Since the pick your own sold out quickly, we were able to supplement our bag with pre-picked apples from a bin. Out by the orchard you can dine at the Cidery - we didn't stop there this time but the menu looks great. There was outdoor seating available there. They have lots of parking (it was nearly full on this day), and lots of space to spread out, have a snack, take photos, and enjoy a beautiful Wisconsin day. We had been recommended this spot by a few friends and finally went to enjoy it on a sunny day. The entry way is large with plenty of goodies to purchase if you're interested, including apple cider donuts, pumpkins, fresh honey, pies, and more. You better believe we left with multiple items. So good! Once you pass the barn entrance you come upon a huge open space with a playground, chicken coupon, basketball station, swings, and giant house filled with corn kernels for kids to play in. The landscape is wonderful with little rolling hills and tunnels for kiddos to run on as well. Behind this section you'll find rows and rows of apples for picking. And the most spectacular part, in my opinion, is the area with all of the farm animals! They're so nicely laid out on a path the explore with clever little houses/set ups. And to point out again, everything is very well-kept! Other highlights to note: easy and ample parking, picnic tables to hang out by for a snack/lunch, a food truck on site as well as other eats you can purchase from the farm inside of the barn entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed this spot and will no doubt return next year.

She had been wanting to visit this place on previous trips back to Wisconsin but we just never found time to do so! Their hours are unusual so check first before venturing there! A couple of us joked that maybe we would wait in the car while my wife went in. When we arrived we were greeted by a modern building attached to a nicely restored stone barn. We all did go in and paid the $9 fee which included an audio headset. The staff was beyond friendly. We entered the small museum and were immediately blown away at how well curated it was. We all walked away having learned a ton about those who immigrated from Luxembourg to the US and about Luxembourg itself. The only downside was that the audio program did not coordinate well with the displays. After awhile I gave up and just read the displays since they were so good. This museum is extremely well done. Granted it is a very specific topic.

Examples of German Impressionism, realism, sculptures and glass art are just some of the beautiful pieces you'll enjoy. Alice LaQuintana was the docent who guided our group and she was absolutely amazing. I took art history and appreciation in college and learned many technical details about different types of art/ artists but Alice taught me how to really enjoy art. The museum is a wonderful cultural addition to the West Bend area and well worth a visit. My only suggestion would be a few more strategically placed benches or seating areas in each gallery so patrons can really take the time To absorb all what the artists created.

We went toward the white, given the heat and toward the dry, because we hate sweet wines. Service was friendly and quick. The pours were generous. The wines were much better than I'd expected from a small town winery, located far from any wine country. But the prices per bottle are a little high, which makes sense since they can't rely on economy of scale in production. The tasting, however, is an excellent value. The shop is cute and carries some fun wine related items. They also do classes and allow people to bottle their own wine. Make sure to say hello to the friendly shop dogs.
