Looking for a nice clean spot. VERY hard to fine in the Bay Area. Sandev had two available. We returned the paperwork the next afternoon with every bit of our personal financial info on it. We have an 800+ credit rating and ZERO, yes zero, debt. All bills are paid in full monthly. Cars, one a Corvette, are paid in full. No outstanding loans. They were given bank statements showing retirement and SS automatic deposits, both ample to qualify, not to mention a BUTT LOAD of cash in the checking and more then that in the savings. Yet, Miss Tess said she needed more. "I'm sorry, I know it's a lot" she said. It gave us a creepy, bad feeling. She wanted our SS paperwork even though the bank statement says SS auto deposit.???? Mine was done completely on line. Suspicious if you ask me. Jerry, my husband, feels like she was racial profiling. We would of been perfect tenants. And had a place to live! I stayed at Sandev for 3 years while working in the area. I never had an issue, the park is safe and all the tenants are friendly . Tessie is a great manager and was very attentive to everyone's needs. I would definitely stay there again if I`m in the area. Everything you may need is close by. The registration process is extreme and that's a good thing, it keeps the park full of good people. read more

This park is a great place to stay. I was there for 4 months and loved every minute. The Management has changed since the previous reviews. Tess is the new manager and she is very professional and has awesome customer service. The park is clean and well cared for. The owner found the best person to manage the park, I would recommend staying there even for just a night. The Spaces are large and you have enough room to park your RV and 2 Vehicles. The location is safe and there is a store and restaurants within walking distance. The Bay is also within walking distance. This is a pet friendly park. I was sorry to have to leave. I just hope the new park in SoCAL is just as good. It will be hard to beat. read more

Don't and won't recommend this place. Looks nice and clean, but ...having some real concerns about integrity and honesty with the latest husband and wife manager team. Was rude when trying to ascertain the facts as to why they took money out of my deposit refund. Husband got on phone, told me to check my contract and then call them back, and hung up on me. Wont return my calls or emails now either. Not finding a comfortable level of professionalism with these two. They claimed the yard needed "trimming", not once but twice. I was there every month to pay my bill. Yard looked perfect each month. Was nothing to trim. I spoke to them monthly by phone letting them know my coach would still be in repair and even met and talked with them when I dropped off the check. Not once did any of them mention to me that the yard needed "trimming" or told me they had done any kind of yard "trimming" and there would be any type of deduction from my original deposit. Something does not appear to be on the up and up here. The Trees Mobile Home Park in Concord is a nice place to be.
