Electrician went back and forth to the electrical panel over and over. Twice he said he found the problem and "corrected" the cause. Couple hours later he said he was sorry but nothing he'd done solved the problem and nothing more he could do. He had to leave for another appointment. "I'm sorry ma'am. Very professional, quick to respond, work performed was very well done. Took a few stars off…read morebecause they WAY over-charged me on materials. Date of service was mid 2025 and they charged me $800 for a 12' cut of 2/0 x3 Copper SER cable which was about 4x the cash price I would have paid without a commercial account at Locke Supply at that time and it is well known that even Locke supply is 20 to 30% more expensive than other suppliers in the OKC Metro so needless to say this markup seemed indefensible. I am not opposed to paying a markup on materials for Contractor work especially if I have a good working relationship with them. I am not a hard customer to please but this particular markup didn't sit right with me so I wanted to share my review.
