He performed only the roofing and not the siding, which I didn't notice at the time. It was also not possible to see the top gable that was repaired, which seems to have been done well: however, they didn't repair the stack, which is actually a part of roofing repair. On one slope of one of the repaired gables, the shingles began flapping in the wind within two months. Several weeks after my complaint, Mr. Godwin sent his brother out to "repair" the loose and missing new shingles, but he used shingles of a different color for the repair. It looks absolutely awful...like a teenager did it. I complained to Mr. Godwin, who promised to come and rework the repair. That was three or four months ago. Of course he's got all the insurance money, so now there's no hope that he will return for the rework effort. He is a very nice individual, but I find the workmanship and business ethics below par.

The chimney caps blew off les than 6 months after being put on and they were weighted down with bricks that flew into the adjacent parking lot and could have struck a car or a person! the roof he repaired is leaking terribly. Worst of all he wont return my calls to get any thing fixed. He has forced me to contact the BBB and post bad reviews everywhere i can , hopefully this way no one else will spend money for nothing. The leak in the roof has caused our neighbors celing to collapse and now there is more damage!

Robert and Greg completed the installation of the kitchen sink, connected dishwasher and gas stove to complete the kitchen. They had to reseat and fix the shower fixtures that were improperly installed and fix the disaster Rodney had created in the sun room by getting the doors and windows built and boxed in and professionally installed. Sade had to fix a tremendous amount of work including electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs. The work done by Sade has been high quality top notch work that has been done efficiently and is unmatched. I highly recommend Sade for any work you need done around your home.
