Instead, I was left with repeated errors in my tax filings, unnecessary complications with the IRS, and thousands of dollars tied up because of their mishandling. Despite providing all requested documents on time, deadlines were missed and filings were either incorrect or never completed. What's worse, communication was evasive, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked direct questions or pushed for accountability, I was brushed off rather than given solutions. Instead of resolving problems, I was left to clean up their mistakes on my own. My credit card company has already had to intervene on charges I disputed because I was billed for services that were either never delivered or done improperly.
