The service was quick despite being busy. Comfortable, family friendly and the food looked and tasted great. Lacking on facilities... well, kind of. The toilets were a bit grubby, but they had heavy footfall so... meh, maybe a short slip. No WiFi. Floors were gross. I suppose I'm not selling it well, but tbh the food and service were bloody great! The actual environment could do with some attention.

The bedroom again was beautifully decorated with pillows a plenty. We didnt have dinner but breakfast was a real treat all locally sourced food and lots of choice for tea's and coffee types. NO wifi on the premises. all coffe shop should have one should be a legal requirement. the shop is new, but it seems the costa in waterstone is more relaxing. no water was offered on the side of the expresso. as you can see on the photo, a knife was given but no fork to eat the cake. not ideal when eating whilst reading paper on ipad. the bill for the order of double expresso (£1.45 + £0.35) and a cupcake (£1.85) came at £3.65. a bit high considering there are places offering a full english breakfast for a similar amount (e.g. near the winter garden). if i have spent the same amount in burger king, i will have an access to their wifi. the place is quiet, despite it next to the street.
