I reached out to the owner and he contacted me right away and we scheduled a date and time. Something came up at the last minute, but he was courteous to call and let me know ahead of time that he needed to reschedule. He reached out to me to reschedule, and I was able to get my windows clean within a week of my quote request, even with the interruption! I talked to the owner, who started this family owned business during the pandemic. He has experience doing this work but decided to venture out on his own, which is admirable, and I like supporting small business! He showed up early in his company truck and I went to get him when I saw him parked and waiting for me. He was pleasant and friendly and after we did a walk through, he went to work. I didn't realize he used deionized water until I saw his tank. Because he used the deionized water, he didn't need to wipe it dry! Nevertheless I saw him do a final inspection before he put the screens back on. The work done was great, and I can tell he took pride in his work. I inquired on getting regular cleanings done, so he said he will reach out to me to set it up. And guess what? He even provided me with an invoice!
