Anyway, fast forward to this weekend when I watched a quick video - purchased a couple supply's and did all of my windows within 1 1/2 hours. Flawless. I think we over think the complexity based on being on a high floor but, reality is - it's not hard at all. It looks better than ever before. If you want great windows buy Sponge and Squeegee combo - with handle A bucket Streekless dish soap Towels Clean your own windows. BE SAFE - of course - but it's very doable.
