I usually love Sanborns in Mexico. This one wasn't good. Long time to get service. Guacamole was only cut up avocado with some tomatillos - not tradicional and not good. Sopa de fideos was ok. I love that soup. Milanesa was just ok. Not high quality and not hot. Fries were limp and cold. Left disappointed. I still love the ones in other cities. read more

The food is not so bad that is why I even consider giving them more than one star, but the service can use a lot of improvement . I asked for tap water and they told me that was not allowed, then i asked for green tea and they ave me chamomile , the waitress seemed to be really upset in general and not willing to hear what I needed , so not a very good experience read more
