I should have listened to all the bad reviews, but got a few recs for this office so I made an…read moreappointment anyway despite my initial reservations. Wish I hadn't! I had to reschedule a few days ahead of my appointment and was assured multiple times on the phone that this would be no problem (their stated policy is to charge a no-show fee for cancellations within 1 business day, so I checked really carefully to make sure this wouldn't count as within 1 business day, and they assured me it would not). A month later I received a $100 no-show fee bill. Called the office and they insisted that Maria Carracino (the doctor I was supposed to see) signed off on this so there's nothing anyone can do. So despite being ultra careful when rescheduling, and asking them to confirm that there would be no fee, I wound up with this charge. Super shady business practices, and I'm now out $100 despite never having actually seen a doctor there (which I obviously won't now because I don't want to risk more unexpected charges in the future). When I brought this up in a local parenting group, THREE other moms told me they had the same experience at this office. Steer clear! BTW - I called 3 separate times just triple-checking that the next appointment I had scheduled was canceled, so that they wouldn't charge me another no-show, and the first TWO times the receptionist I spoke with told me they hadn't yet canceled it despite me asking! I guess they just wanted to charge me again...

First up is the atmosphere: this is not your run of the mill fit club largely due to its bright environs (the floor to ceiling windows make up much of the wall space here); It's stylish, has decor, live plants which make it all seem very inviting. It is uber clean inside, no off aromas like some 24 hour place I know that brags about not being judgmental, but I wish they judged the cleanliness and aromas in their gyms. Anyway, there is a swimming pool (kept at a really comforting temperature) that also serves for aquatic exercise class, and some physical therapy sessions. The land type offerings include state-of-the-art, brand new and well maintained (think cleanliness here) equipment (there seems to be something for everyone with respect to equipment). Finally the people who work here are stellar in my estimation. They are kind, relaxed, professional, and the list could go on and on. It's just really un empty place. I'm so glad that I found it. The only downside if there could be one would be the hours that they are opened because it's basically 7 AM to 6 PM which can be somewhat limited for from some people's perspective. No biggie for me. I just love the place and highly recommend it!

FAHC is all about their processes. Boy they preregister you before appointments, have their paperwork ducks in a row - but what about the PEOPLE? They are ALL about the business of medical care and NOT about the CARE OF PEOPLE. In November I went through one of the scariest medical times of my life. I had to go to the Spine Institute in Burlington. He could have paralyzed me from the neck down or even killed me. I was lucky all he did was sprain my neck. Dr. Chad Volk does manual adjustments and uses his entire body weight to force your bones into whatever position. I wanted to continue my care for my back. I sought out Dr. Molly as I heard she has an instrument called the Activator. She doesn't put you in a pretzel shape or whatever and use brute force to snap you back into place. The Activator uses speed instead of force. Dr. Molly was very caring and considerate of my hesitation after my horrible experience with Chad Volk. She has absolutely done wonders for me. She is not like other doctors. She actually cares about her patients. She even gives out her home phone number just in case you need her, and believe you me, she will come in on off hours, weekends or she even has come in while she is on vacation!
