Email was responded to after about 4-5 business days with incomplete information not addressing my questions. They did not clear my arraignment date resulting in a failure to appear notice from the court (100% their fault) and when trying to get information from them regarding the "no show" they were silent for almost a week. I received a red light ticket, much to my surprise. I decided to fight the ticket (note: always fight the ticket, especially big ones!). I found Elizabeth Aronson through Yelp. Had a simple traffic citation. Ms. Aronson came recommended. So I gave it a test run and signed over my trial rights. Once I paid the $50 there was absolutely no communication from Ms. Aronson or anyone in her office until she emailed five months later to say that the ticket was not dismissed and that I had to pay the fine. No one from the office ever asked one question about the citation, or the situation, nor requested any facts in the case at all. While she apparently "represented me" in court (and explained exactly how and when I should pay my fine) it was not as an informed advocate. I would have been better off appearing myself, because at least then I would have known how everything was resolved. If you're a gambler and want to pay $50 on the outside chance that a dismissal might happen, go for it. As for my test of Ms. Aronson's services: total failure.
