I had very good experience with Elizabeth. She helped me a lot!!! I drive 12 years, never had any tickets. Until my very first one... $1195!!!! I did not have my insurance information with me. Also I was driving 85 on high way. Thanks to Law Office of E.A. They dismissed my ticket! I didn't paid! She emailed me on my Birthday! The best gift ever :) Now I have another ticket. I stopped on stop line only for 2 seconds not three. Let's see how this time goes... $391 Fingers crossed :) read more

They never communicated with me about when the court date was, even after I called and asked. The lawyer had no information to contest the ticket with and provided the wrong information to the court and to myself after "settling" my case. Definitely would not use again. read more

Terrible communication. Aside from taking my payment (which was prompt and responsive) they were impossible to reach, did not answer calls nor return voicemails. Email was responded to after about 4-5 business days with incomplete information not addressing my questions. They did not clear my arraignment date resulting in a failure to appear notice from the court (100% their fault) and when trying to get information from them regarding the "no show" they were silent for almost a week. Since you are reading Yelp, there are good law offices for tickets in the Yelp search. This is not one of them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. An exercise in frustration with the most minimal customer service. read more

They took care of my ticket & were in contact with me when there was any update with my case. My ticket ended up getting dismissed and I didn't have to do anything other than explain how it happened. I would definitely recommend! read more

My friends and I have had some pretty crazy cases given to Elizabeth and her team.. I'm talking 147mph in a 55.. dismissed!! I've used Elizabeth for years sometimes using services as much as 3-4 times per year. The tickets have came down with my age increasing but I have kept in touch and referred her to many of my friends for her services. I cannot say enough good things about her services. read more

San Diego Traffic Tickets - 10/10 - Traffic Ticketing Law Near Me - Encinitas, California

I required the services of the Law Office of Elizabeth Aronson when an officer with California Highway Patrol pulled me over and falsely accused me of doing 90 in a 70 on I-8 East several years ago. I was reminded of the value for money, and peace of mind her team provided in getting this citation dropped when a friend of mine asked for a traffic lawyer recommendation. Based on my experience, I was more than happy to recommend the Law Office of Elizabeth Aronson to my friend, and hope they can also help protect his Class A license from a frivolous citation from the vultures that are CHP. read more

Hands down the best !!! Was referred by a friend and thought it was to good to be true. Quick response time as well as completely effective and efficient. Covid closed all court hearings but Elizabeth and her team never dropped the ball. Ticket was dismissed and saved me greatly on a not receiving a point on my record and a large fine. Highly recommended Elizabeth and her capable team.! Worth the call ! read more

I work with this law office first time. I got a speed ticket . After that i want them to help me for my ticket. First of all , it is so hard to communicate with them . They lose the case and I ended up paying the amount. Thats all good , it can happen. But the problem was after the court. I called them maybe more then 10 times and leave a voicemail . They never answered and never called me back. Terrible experience. read more

Had a San Diego ticket for speeding in Sept. 2014. I sent all the papers they needed and $50. I had to call them several times for updates, like my court dates..if they got my papers...my payment? It was like a 3 month process..I don't live in San Diego so it was hard reaching out to them. I really trusted them but I felt like they never communicated with me at all except telling me my ticket was NOT dismissed or reduced so I must pay the full amount. They were nice but they never reached out to me. I wouldn't know what was going on unless I called. I am not mad my speeding ticket was not dismissed I am just disappointed with the no communication. I wish I paid speeding ticket right away...instead of wasting my time. read more

I had a simple violation of crossing double-yellow lane into a carpool lane, however it was done to avoid an accident with the car which cut me off. Another person was in my car, so I did have a witness. Law Office of Elizabeth Aronson did not even take time to notify me that they lost a case (no emails, or calls regards the outcome of my case). Today I received a letter from Superior Court saying that I gotta pay full amount ($290) within 7 days. Tiket was NOT reduced, NO traffic school option. NOTHING WAS DONE. And for this NOTHING Law Office of Elizabeth Aronson charged me $50. read more

As a fellow attorney, she handles my tickets and I refer her to clients. Very competent at her job and I highly recommend her!

Rough result. First offense, 115 in a 65. Fined $1300, 16 hours of traffic school, and suspended license for 30 days. However, the attorney on my case responded to my request for a call and provided a helpful explanation of how the proceedings went, and was able to negotiate a payment plan and will be trying to get me a restricted license to drive to/from work. read more

I received a red light ticket, much to my surprise. I decided to fight the ticket (note: always fight the ticket, especially big ones!). I found Elizabeth Aronson through Yelp. I was skeptical, but after reading these reviews, I decided it was better to try than to just plead guilty. The entire process was done via email. I emailed Elizabeth on a Friday night and she responded early Saturday morning (wow!). I submitted the required document, $50 fee, and she took it from there. I literally had to do nothing else - she took care of all paperwork and better yet, the 2 court appearances. I am very Type A, so I would check up to see where we were at, and she'd give me a prompt response about where the case stood. And, lo and behold, she emailed me letting me know that my ticket was dismissed. I was stunned. It was an easy process and for a price that was more than well worth the service. Keep in mind it is always a gamble when fighting a ticket, but I think trying for $50 is worth it especially with the track record this attorney seems to have. It worked for me and I'm very grateful. Thank you! read more

Overall a great experience and I got my ticket dismissed! Long story short I was ticketed going 62 mph in a 50 and I seriously believe i was not speeding at the time. I've repeatedly relied on Elizabeth's office to help me with traffic citations, both for myself as well as my kids. Well, we've had four citations over eight years so could be worse! One speeding, a couple of red light cameras for a late left turn, and a rolling stop sign. I've found Elizabeth and team to be professional, responsive, informative, cost-effective and above all, exceedingly reliable! In every representation, Elizabeth and her team told me what to expect, was very fair with the price for her services, and with every decision from the court she told us what decision was reached and why. Plus, no need to travel to court and deal with the bureaucracy and the waiting. I may have been luckier than most, but we had three citations dismissed and one where I had to attend traffic school. If you're looking for an attorney to represent you for traffic citations, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Elizabeth. I'm sure she handles many other types of cases, but for me, she is the go-to attorney for any traffic issues. Thanks, Liz! read more

I got a speeding ticket back in May and contacted the Law Office of Elizabeth Aronson to fight it for me. Total cost $100.00 and my ticket was successfully dismissed. this saved me around $300.00. I was told by another friend the reason she is so successful at fighting traffic tickets is that she is a fromer traffic court judge. Either way I'm a happy girl. read more

Had a simple traffic citation. Ms. Aronson came recommended. So I gave it a test run and signed over my trial rights. Once I paid the $50 there was absolutely no communication from Ms. Aronson or anyone in her office until she emailed five months later to say that the ticket was not dismissed and that I had to pay the fine. No one from the office ever asked one question about the citation, or the situation, nor requested any facts in the case at all. While she apparently "represented me" in court (and explained exactly how and when I should pay my fine) it was not as an informed advocate. I would have been better off appearing myself, because at least then I would have known how everything was resolved. If you're a gambler and want to pay $50 on the outside chance that a dismissal might happen, go for it. As for my test of Ms. Aronson's services: total failure. I will not be using any "ticket fixers" again. read more

Elizabeth made fighting a red light camera ticket an easy process. I'm very grateful for her expertise and the amount of money I saved.

I could not be happier. I reached out to Liz's office and emailed her Assistant regarding a Red Light Ticket I received. They were honest enough to let me know when I asked, that their success rate was about 70% on this kind of case. They kept me up to speed and let me know when my court date was, that that would handle it and that all I had to do was wait to hear from them and send them a deposit of $50. Done. My court date was yesterday and I received an email first thing letting me know it was dismissed. I couldn't be happier with Liz's office and the outcome! Would use again, just hope I won't need to. read more

I've used their services a couple times now. I've had one ticket not be dropped but was greatly reduced but our last ticket (my husband 90+ in a 65) was also dismissed. They do the best they can to get your ticket dismissed but it's not always a guarantee and you can't blame the lawyer, I mean let's be real, you're the one who got the ticket in the first place lol. Thanks guys for helping us out and saving us at least $500 as that was a $600+ ticket if it's been convicted. read more

San Diego Traffic Tickets - My husbands $600+ ticket was dismissed! - Traffic Ticketing Law Near Me - Encinitas, California

This lawyer came highly recommended by a friend who said three of her family's citations were dismissed in the last year (speeding and not a full stop). Yet, in my case, mine did not get dismissed. I see by all the other reviews at both locations, a whole lot of people aren't happy with their outcome, and then are some who were happy with their results. Those that are happy are probably people who do not have a prior record. BOLD CAPS: Word of advice, if you have a prior record, even if it's been clean for ten years, don't bother to try and have your citation dismissed. I got my "unfortunately..." email with no explanation as to why the case was not dismissed. Just a plain ol' "You must pay a fine of $$$$$$ and complete traffic school...". I finally learned by talking to Elizabeth (who is quite friendly) more about the non-dismissal. In the end, I'll pay out a near $200 more than the original fine that includes the legal fee, the traffic school and the increased citation. C'est la vie. read more

I was cautiously optimistic that my traffic sign ticket would be dismissed but today I got notice that it was! Thanks Elizabeth and her staff for making the process a smooth one. Gone are the days of ticketassassin.com (well if you have the time and energy to do all the research and go it alone all the power to you, but not me!). I wish I knew about Aronson's law firm back last year when I got my speeding ticket. I decided to plead not guilty and the end result was... well let's just say don't ever go it alone, unprepared... Even after digging myself into a big hole, Elizabeth fixed everything for "just $100", just like her email claimed. I still have to do traffic school online but considering what *could have happened*, this was a blessing.
