Matt and Leslie do an amazing job taking care of my properties, keeping me informed of trends, suggesting maintenance, and being overall helpful in all areas of property management. Matt does an exceptional job producing easy to read and understandable monthly statements and a solid annual statement as well (which is a HUGE time saver come tax time). By far the biggest jackasses I've ever dealt with. Tried to use them to sale my over 200k home and they said they would not deal with me bc of my divorce... we were a lesbian couple.
