I don't know if they have any form of internal communication system because the amount of times…read morethey have forgotten to submit my labs, contact me back, and give me any form of quality care has been almost non-existent. There is one nurse that I like but the doctors are not impressive. I told a doctor there that I wanted birth control with minimal estrogen and she put me on a stronger estrogen-based pill that made me an emotional mess and increases my risk of stroke based on medical history. I told them I wanted to be taken off the birth control but for months after they still had me in their system as being on those pills. Last time I came in was for a routine STD check. They lost/misplaced my sample three times. I wouldn't have known unless I called them each time asking for a status update. Once I came in with possible strep and they just prescribed me the antibiotics even though my tests came back negative. They also prescribed me medicine for chlamydia even though they hadn't gotten test results back -- and I ended up not having it in the first place. They also gave me a medication for a cold sore and when I tried to do a standard refill they declined it. I have no desire to ask for a reason why so I guess I'm out of luck for that. Expect to wait a decent amount of time and possibly come back several times in case they simultaneously tell you your sample is not viable and yet somehow lost at the same time :) Just go to urgent care. There's a reason this place has a reputation for being a scam in town. Save your time.

Angela Resch has been my husbands primary care doctor for many years. While she was a great doctor…read morehe will no longer be seeing her due to the horrible attitude of her nurse and also other staff. The practice manager, Missy, is insane. Save yourself some time and frustration, go to a different doctors office. They are incompetent and seem to have no disregard or respect for anyone.

In August 2011 my wife went to Associates in Family Healthcare to be treated for a bladder…read moreinfection. She paid $50.00 upfront before she ever saw a doctor, and afterward came back down to the lobby and paid the rest of my bill, which was $109.00. To our knowledge, everything had been paid for. We received at least one receipt during the visit, and my wife kept it in my wallet for a few months before finally throwing it out while cleaning out her bag. However, in December they began billing her for the $109.00 again. They told her they had no record of her paying for anything besides the initial $50.00, and that if she had there would have been a receipt in their records. They told her that unless she could come up with a receipt I would have to pay the bill. After having this same conversation with multiple employees, she was finally directed to a manager, who refused to look at any of the proof that she did have that supported our claim. She was treated like a liar, and no one would admit that the money could have been misplaced, stolen, or miscounted, despite the fact that they said they have no security cameras or records of who was working at the time of the incident. They made no effort to question employees about the claims and thought it was unreasonable that we asked them to. When she finally talked to someone who had the power to change the bill, he talked down to her, raised his voice, frequently interrupted her, and accused her of calling the employees at the hospital "a bunch of thieves," when she said nothing of the sort. Their unwillingness to take customers seriously, and the general tone they took with her was completely condescending. Though we didn't have much money,We could afford to pay the bill, but it's the principle of it that bothered us. This company had no reason to distrust her, but treated my wife like a criminal as soon as it was suggested they had made a mistake. Stay away if you don't like for paying for things twice.
