After almost 2 hours of x-rays, panoramics, gum examination and cancer screening I was ushered to the office to speak w Melissa regarding my treatment plan. I informed her that I was there to get a filling replacement, she told me that I needed thousands of dollars of work done. I told her that I needed to get my filling replaced.. that I was uncomfortable and working the next 6 days.. please get it done today. She told me that was impossible since I just WALKED IN OFF THE STREETS! I had an appointment and they knew that was what I was there for. This clinic is FAKE. Everyone walks around speaking like they are in a commercial....they are not there for patient care. Unprofessional and lack compassion and are ONLY after money. I left crying in pain. I saw my regular doctor and go a shot of antibiotics plus a prescription for them. Saw an ENT doctor a few days later and was told I could have died if I didn't get help when I did. I arrived with all my "THINGS" my self blanket, my worry stone, head phones with the loudest rap I have and a bandana to cover my eye. This whole office made me as comfortable as I was going to get. I was in an out in an hour. The wonderful hygienest made sure my eyes stayed coved and head phones on!! I had to wait till Oct for an appointment but was put on a call list. I did have to turn down two appointment before this one due to my own scheduling. Definitely worth the wait and I happy to say Dr. Patrick fields will now be my Dentist!​
