I would give zero stars if I could. I am an American traveling in Italy. I bought a piece of luggage there today and carefully carried it back to my hotel, and then realized I did not need the luggage and about an hour later walked back to return it. I was told by the employee who asked her manager, that they do not allow returns, "only exchanges for same price or greater." my sister than googled the law in Italy, and found that any store in the EU has to give at least two weeks to return to receive a full refund. when we informed the employee of this, they then turned bright red and did not know what to say. We asked to speak with a manager. when the manager came over to do the return, he refused to refund to my original form of payment and said he could "only give me cash" which he knew I would lose money when I need to exchange this back for American currency. they are totally crooked and try to take advantage of tourists.
