I went there to buy a Brazilian mobile phone and what should have taken 15 minutes, took closer to 45. I can bore you through the details of the inattentive service, so I guess I will... we waited for a salesperson to show us phones, for over 10 minutes, and then after we'd paid, the same salesperson disappeared because her lunch break had arrived. She casually mentioned someone else would help us.. and then we waited again. Finally, the other girl arrived with my cell phone in hand (voilà!), but then she brought out the wrong color (naturally). So, it's a great place to buy fairly priced electronics, but then just don't be picky - I walked out with the black phone instead of the white one. The disgrace! ;)
