However the last few times I had used them they "forgot " or "no one wrote down my request for a taxi". Today was the last straw. My car broke down and I had to get a tow, when I called they said it would be 45 minutes till they got there. Fine. After about an hour, I called for an ETA (estimate time of arrival) and the lady who answered with no apology or anything said "We don't have anybody " and when I stated I've been waiting for 45-60 minutes for you guys, there was no sympathy/remorse for their lies/apology or anything. Update: I was promptly contacted by the owner of this company following this review. He was very cordial and explained the pricing structure to me (family vs business) and I recieved a $30 refund due to incorrect charging.
