After a month of waiting, I emailed them and forced them to give me a discount on my next purchase, which they agreed on. The discount came to 10%. Now, more than 2 months after paying for my stuff I see it's only a spit in my face, as nothing has happened concerning my order. If you want to pay and never get served, be my guest and use this store. If you actually want to get your stuff after you pay, or in the time specified on the web, take your business somewhere else.

We found things we've never even seen before on the sprawling three levels of this store. There is a huge book section covering all the how-to guides you could ever want or need to find as well as tons of travel bags and backpacking items. There is outdoor gear for camping, kayaking, hiking and any other adventure sport you'd like to try. They also have tons and tons of women's and men's clothing spanning hiking, camping, casual, workout, and other sports like skiing, etc. It's basically like a much better REI or Dick's in America. Staff were friendly and we found a cool few things to add to our collection of travel goodies.
