i went for an annual skin cancer screening a little over a week ago. A skin cancer screening is…read moresupposed to take at least 10 minutes and most of the time a lot longer. My regular dermatologist routinely checks all areas of my skin, inch by inch while wearing a light/magnifying apparatus on her head. She checks my entire body including scalp, ears, fingers, between toes, etc. My regular dermatologist also gives me time for any areas of concern. Dr. Yalowitz was very casual and dismissive in her 5 minutes (at most) skin cancer screening telling me "you're good" without examining 75% of my body. I now have to wait until February 2024 for my "annual" cancer screening with my regular dermatologist because I can't trust the diagnosis Dr. Yalowitz's made without checking most areas of my body. This is extremely disappointing and possibly dangerous.

I was a walk in and new, also told it might be an 1 hour-45 min wait. That was fine I needed care. This place was clean, neat and offers other services in the same bldg. the staff is courteous and kind and my wait time was not long at all. They send you an app which was nice so you can see your place in line and when you're about to be called. Everyone down to the dr was exceptional. Also the follow up questions or care they contact you back same day and I was amazed for NY. Would recommend %100.

She is thorough, kind, compassionate, patient, and truly excellent at what she does. She has such a warm and reassuring way about her. The lab at this practice is also phenomenal. Getting blood work done on a child is never easy, but they make the experience as smooth and gentle as possible. Even though we travel from Connecticut, it's more than worth it because of the outstanding care we receive. Dr. Kopple is always so responsive--when we message her through the patient portal, she gets back to us the same day, which means we rarely even need to call the office. We are so grateful for Dr. Kopple and the entire practice. I honestly cannot see us ever leaving. Thank you, Dr. Kopple, for taking such wonderful care of our family!

I was so happy that I had finally found an ob/gyn who listened and was sympathetic and warm, as well as being knowledgeable. Yet, the last time I saw her (about one year ago), her bedside manner was flippant and sarcastic. She was quite flippant in regards to my honest questions about my health and made me feel as if I was being neurotic. Last time I checked, it is not neurotic or psychotic to expect to be able to ask your doctor questions, even if they seem insignificant to the doctor, they mean so much more to the patient asking them... Also, I have had a few medical issues in the past year and each time that I have tried to make an appointment with her, she is not in the office and I have had to see one of her colleagues. This has happened on at least 3 different occasions. On one of those occasions, I had to have an in office procedure done (which was quite painful), but one of her colleagues did it. Neither the covering doctor nor Dr. Levy ever called me back to check in to see if I recovered ok. In addition, a few days later I had a complication as a result of the procedure, and they only let me speak to a nurse, who advised me to just wait and see, and if it continued to get worse in a week, to call back and make an appointment. When one is in pain or scared because of a medical issue, one wants to talk to THEIR doctor who knows all of their medical history. I feel as if I have been pushed around on many of the colleagues in the practice and have not ever had the same dr. twice. In conclusion, I will not go back to Dr. Levy's office...strike 3 you are out. Seeking a new dr...

I am writing this about the Yonkers site, since all share a billing office. Buyer beware: I took my…read moreteen daughter for a flu shot in October, and paid the $10 copay at the time of the visit. 6 months later they send me a bill (1st time I see a bill for this) threatening to send my account to collection for being overdue...turns out they billed my heath insurer $351 for this little flu shot, including $260 for a "new patient comprehensive physical.'" There was NO exam performed, comprehensive or otherwise! I made numerous calls to inquire and yet their billing department insists I owe this. I looked online to try to find names of management to escalate a complaint but - not surprisingly - this info is not available to the public. I will probably get stuck paying this. I plan to tell everyone I know and suggest avoiding this place and their unethical, inaccurate billing practices. What a ripoff.
