Samir has been amazing. First of all his prices are extremely affordable but it surely does not take away from the quality of photography, service, etc. Samir is also very accommodating with scheduling and location. I must confess I've been a bit of a nightmare of a client as I've had to reschedule my second photoshoot but Samir has been ever so patient. I've used Samir for my wedding pictures and as well as for a Christmas photoshoot. I will definitely be a repeat client and recommend to all! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Samir K.

I am Samir, the owner and principal photographer at Samir K Photography. I am a self-taught wedding and lifestyle photographer, currently living in Ajax, Ontario and am available for bookings in Ontario and beyond! I would describe myself as easy going and friendly. I am a big fan of my daughter, photography, good friends, travelling and just spending time with my loved ones. My love of photography has always been a part of me, but what kick started it to become a full time passion was when my daughter was born. Why Weddings? Because it is one of life's most precious moments, packed with emotion. I strive to make every event I capture, my best work while placing the requirements of the two most important people first - the bride and the groom. It's a great responsibility to capture the essence of someone's life changing event and truly an honor. My motto, believing that in every image there is a story to be told. I would love to meet you and chat over a coffee and hear your story.

I took her classes for photography, and Photoshop. Each class we were given really easy to follow…read moreprintouts so that we could practice everything we learned at home. I also had the chance to go on a field trip to practice what we learned. It was a wonderful experience. Rose was so friendly, professional, and her photos were amazing. If you are looking for a wonderful photographer for a wedding or family Photoshop, or looking to take classes to learn you can't do better then Rose at Profex Images!

Rose is so knowledgeable, flexible, and patient. She really likes to see people learn and do…read morethings for themselves. While waiting for my photoshop workshop to commence, I dabbled around in Adobe photoshop, so I had the "idea" of what was possible. But Rose's private workshops were designed to meet my learning needs and I was able to go more in depth in certain areas, while learning a ton of shortcuts. She has saved me so much time and increased my skill level immensely. Rose has also done family portraits for us on a couple of occasions with excellent results. I get the high res files and do tons of collages and other amazing photo projects with these high quality photos. I am ready to learn more advanced Adobe photoshop and it's time I learned how to improve my photography skills as well. So Rose will be seeing me again for more workshops!
