She immediately knew exactly what needed to be done to get our house sold, and her expertise and strategy made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely confident and taken care of. Liz was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. Not only did she successfully help us sell our home, but she also guided us through buying and building our dream home. That's not an easy process, but she made it feel smooth and manageable. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Fast forward two years and we were looking again so I reached out to her. She has been so wonderful to us over the last few months. She's been super gracious, very informative on the listings, she's driven all over multiple areas in this crazy heat, she got us set up on an easy process for making offers, and she's answered a ton of questions. She's also super friendly, and super personable. She's just been amazing for us! We did find a place and went through a quick & easy process to get it. We are very happy in the new place. Oh and as a bonus she hooked us up with someone who was selling an appliance we needed! Clair Cannon is the best and we will call her again when we need something else in the future.

She was inappropriate with her choice of language and when choosing to end the conversation she discussed it with her husband that I was inappropriate which lead to this gentleman showing up at my place of employment to "confront" me and ask why I was inappropriate with his wife. As I explained to her husband I can express myself without using fowl language, upset or not but I will not allow someone to talk down to me or curse at me or even threaten me with an attorney at this point I choose to end the conversation with Mrs. Martin. And He even said his wife will exaggerate at times. My point is there are to many individuals out here, that can conduct business and professionalism without the drama and lies. I Would highly suggest in another company to use instead of this one, as long as she is employed there.

If you can please leave a detailed message and I'll get back with ya at my earliest convenience. Thank you and have a good day." The call comes from a local number, 469-464-6180. That number shows to be associated with someone named Philip Robertson. Whoever Philip is he is trying to be slick and leave a message on my voicemail making it seem as If I have called him. I researched the number on an Spam Calling App (Mr Number) and I see that there have been twenty two reports of the same type of calls from "The Randall Sullivan Home Selling Team." I would never do business with someone that is as shady as this person. This type of business practice makes KellerWilliams Frisco look bad.

Being as the cars were in the garage and the door was partially open enough for someone to enter but not enough to get the cars out. I knew no one at Trumbull was going to answer us at 5pm on a Saturday. But we tried anyway. Called Liz directly and put in a work order on the website. No response as I thought. Security was my main concern as the door from the garage to the house only has a door handle lock and the door itself is paper thin and falling apart, not to mention I knew Trumbull would not have anyone out until Monday afternoon hopefully at the VERY soonest. Meaning I could not get to work Monday morning because I couldn't get the door open. So we called someone ourselves. I knew it was a risk and that the homeowner might not refund our money. But that is how strongly we felt that it absolutely could not wait. Guy tried to charge me 700 bucks. I got him down to 479 which was still a gouge. But what choice did I have. It couldn't wait. We are reasonable people and understand that some things can't be done immediately. But this was an emergency. No way I could sleep 2 nights with the garage door open like that not to mention missing work on Monday. So I paid the guy 479 bucks and then asked them for compensation. I already resigned myself to the fact that I may have to eat that money. But it couldn't hurt to ask. I mean. what was I supposed to do? Liz and Trumbull weren't responding. So today she texts me. And here is how the conversation went
