Samarkand is a clothing store in Minehead at the bottom of the High street and is tucked away into a little corner so dont miss it! The clothes are quite good, they stock brands such as quicksilver, punky fish and ethnic gear as well as etnies footwear. It is always busy because of the tourists who are looking for a bargain and you are almost guaranteed to find one in Samarkand. Some of the clothing is pricey, just the same price as you would find on a high street, but they do have some different types of clothing, such as tshirts or shorts, that you wont find anywhere else and are pretty cheap for a unique bit of clothing. they sell both mens and womens jewellery and accessories so there is something for everyone. read more
