Bruce was very professional, and seriously the best massage therapist I've ever been to. After seeing Bruce for a several months (weekly) my jaw pain was completely relieved. During my visits I would get a massage focused on my jaw, and also a full body massage. Interestingly, after my massage I would feel physically and emotionally good for several days after. I've never experienced that with any other massage therapist. I've since moved from NH and have failed to find anyone who is even close to as good as Bruce is. I highly recommend him!

This was my first time here (I was given a gift certificate for my birthday) and my primary reason for getting a facial was to get my blackheads and overall congestion extracted which I mentioned when I made my appointment, and at the beginning of my facial. Unfortunately I got very little extraction during my service, a lot of massage and a suggestion to book a series of treatments to address my concerns (generally my breakouts are stress related). Quite honestly my skin looks the same; and I will be booking a facial with my typically esthetician in Revere, MA to reduce the congestion I'm experiencing. While not every breakout is ready to be extracted, and my light sensitivity should be considered, I do have quite a bit of congestion on both cheeks, my chin and in between my eyebrows, that could have extracted and typically are when I receive facials at my regular esthetician. My top suggestions to improve: 1.) prioritize extraction on the areas the client is concerned with and distort time to these concerns so your client feels heard and 2.) use more pressure during the massage portion as the gentle pressure wasn't as relaxing as it could have been (on a scale of 1-5, pressure was a 2).

Phillip Malone is an excellent massage therapist. He's actually curious and interested in the human…read morebody, and takes the time to really connect to his clients. He is always interested first and foremost in understanding the issues actually going on in their bodies and then addressing them directly and indirectly through massage and movement. Phillip himself is also an excellent mover, and knows how to use his body in many different ways, and in my experience body workers are always a lot better when they themselves use their bodies a lot! So he has both the physical and the intellectual understanding in his own body and nervous system, and he uses that in an extremely intelligent approach to help his clients. I've gotten many massages in my time, and Phillip might not give you the most relaxing massage, but it is quite likely to be the most useful one for your needs! Highly recommended!!
