Being from out of town, I knew we would only get one shot at this, and she did great. The day of our session, she handled all 19 of us like pros. Even got the shy 5 year old comfortable and laughing. I looked at 8 different photographers in the area, and she is by far the best price/quality we could have gotten. I highly highly recommend her.

I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about this woman and her work…read more After my original photographer unexpectedly cancelled only TWO days before my community Pilates event, I was honestly stressed trying to figure out how I was going to follow through on what I promised everyone attending. I made a vulnerable post explaining the situation, and she stepped in without hesitation. What could have stayed an incredibly stressful experience truly turned into such a blessing. From the very beginning, she was responsive, professional, kind, enthusiastic, reassuring, and so incredibly thoughtful. She showed up early, fully prepared, attentive to every detail, and cared about capturing the heart of the event just as much as I did. She didn't just "take photos" -- she genuinely supported the vision, the people, the energy, and the purpose behind the event. And somehow... she delivered BEAUTIFUL event photos THE SAME DAY Not rushed. Not careless. Not "just enough." Truly stunning work that exceeded anything I could have hoped for on such short notice. But honestly? The funniest part is I don't even think she needs ME to rave about her because the SECOND she offered to help, my comments were immediately flooded with people praising her work, her professionalism, her kindness, her reliability, and who she is as a person. And to me, that says everything. People can fake talent for a moment. You cannot fake reputation. You cannot fake community trust. And you definitely cannot fake the way people speak about someone when there's nothing to gain from it. She deserves every bit of support and success coming her way, and I am beyond grateful our paths crossed through this situation

Photos were seamless and absolutely stunning. Her attention to detail and to the wants and needs of the couple are remarkable. She spent time making sure she captured every moment that mattered. Jessie is phenomenal and we can't wait to use her again for our adventures ahead!!

It definitely makes sense that she has 20+ glowing reviews on The Knot, but Yelpers should know about this awesome wedding/engagement photographer, too! I reached out to Kerry as I planned a trip to New Orleans, one of the places I love to visit most in the world. I hoped this trip would be the best yet as I planned a surprise proposal to my now-fiance (spoiler alert: yes, she said yes!) under the grand live oaks in New Orleans. I hoped Kerry would help us capture the special afternoon with a few of her photographs. Simply, Kerry was a star. In the planning process, she was supportive and patient counsel, always thoughtfully contributing but letting me make the final choices. On the big day, she was not only a complete professional but also felt like an invested friend who we'd known for years. For example, she brought along her friend and dog as "decoys" to photograph as we walked by, and took a final photograph of us as we walked away, long after we (thought we) parted ways. In days, she sent a few that she loved as a taste of what was to come, and before we got back home to California, she delivered 150+ stunning photos to us. We've since relived that special day with family and friends. My fiance and I can't recommend Kerry highly enough. We're still in the afterglow of the engagement, but we're eager to reach out to her once the wedding planning starts in earnest, as she's got an eye--and the heart--for capturing the spirit of what's in front of her camera. You're tops, Kerry!

We had engagement photos done (outdoors) in the summer and they were really great. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans on the day of our wedding and most of our photos had to be done indoors. The photos with natural light came out beautifully, but the ones inside didn't fare as well - lots of big shadows, people out of focus on the edges of group shots, etc. It was also difficult to communicate with Allison. We had many emails go completely unanswered, including questions about special types of photos we wanted her opinion on, and editing requests after the fact. In the end, our wedding didn't make it to her Facebook page, which could have just been oversight, but leads me to think that she wasn't completely happy with the work either. Definitely recommended for outdoor shooting!
