Great people with great service. We were fishing on Sam Rayburn and going to move to another spot…read more Turned the key, nothing. No power to the controls or motor. 12 volt power to the accessories and trim tabs. My biggest problem was the motor was down and the trim/tilt wasn't working. We were headed home the next day so I was in a bind. I got to their store around noon and told them my predicament. They started working on the boat immediately. After 2 hours of trying to diagnose an intermittent electrical problem, it turned out the Perko switch was bad internally. New switch and everything worked. And the charge was more than reasonable. Anywhere else it would have been 3 weeks and at least 3 times the cost.

Delivered to Pete Jorgensen Marine and within 30 hrs my lower has been torn down diagnosed and I and insurance company have a repair order. My drive and prop shaft along with some bearings and seals will be getting replaced. The quickness of Pete Jorgensen Marine to do all this in early April, in 30 hrs, the busiest time of the year seems quite exemplary to me. Excellent customer service, I was impressed when I saw the place as its extremely clean and seems very organized. Very nice to know I have an actual Yamaha outboard Master certified tech 30 minutes from home especially considering how much I value my VMAX 250 Yamaha SHO. In April 2024, we took my car to Sess Auto Repair in Brookeland, Texas which is owned and run by…read moreJessie Session. The car had already been diagnosed with 1 blown head gasket and that the coolant reservoir needed to be replaced. Jessie Session quoted us $1175 to repair. Money was paid in full to him May 8, 2024. One week later he came back and said the "fix" for the head gasket would require another $1000. That money was paid to him on May 15. On May 29th, he would not answer text or phone calls regarding when we could pick up car. This went on till July 3rd when I threatened via text to involve law enforcement. He then called and proceed to say he had been in hospital but car would be fixed by the following week. You guessed it no car, no text, no call. So called local sheriff and advised Jessie that I would be reporting car stolen. (You see during this time he moved my car from his shop to his home without consent or notification.) So he finally said car would be ready Friday July 19th., and he was fixing timing chain with his own money since it was messed up (the timing chain was fine when he took possession of the car). Guess what no car because he broke a hose and couldn't get one till Monday. So Monday July 22, this man calls me at work from his smart phone to tell me that he is locked in car and the factory security on car will not reset and he doesn't know what to do. I had to call Chevy Dealership for him and get him the answer. Needless to say, he had car towed to our house last night after nasty phone calls between him and my son. The car is not locked via security system. He just never fixed anything on the car. The reservoir still has leak and crack in same place, the car sounds worse than before, so now I will be forced to seek legal action. I have the mechanic coming today to document damages to my car and the repairs not done. My advice, do not trust this man period.

Mike lived across from my grandmother for many years. He moved in shortly after starting his practice. I was just a kid back then. He was a good man then, and I am certain that hasn't changed. He helped my grandmother all the time. Sometimes, it was helping her bring in groceries or mowing her lawn and weeding. He used so much of his free time to help his neighbors, expecting nothing in return. I know that the previous review is filled with lies. What the previous reviewer described is NOT the kind of person he is. He did some estate and real estate work for my parents. He was always fair and honest with his prices. I have long since moved away and was looking for a local lawyer for a friend needing some legal advice in the area. That is how I came across this review. Mike was a good person and good lawyer. He doesn't deserve that kind of review.
