They quickly found a table and sat us right away. Just for that we were so thankful! Our server, Rebecca, was just so great. She gave great recommendations and was so amazing with our toddler. Our daughter still talks about their chats! The drinks were strong and tasty, and our food was delicious. There is a kids menu available. Everything we ordered tasted amazing, perfectly seasoned, and it's obvious they use fresh ingredients. Great menu selection, and large drink menu. I highly recommend the Breaded Brie, Chicken Kyiv, and the Baked Alaska! We ended up being there right up until they closed and never once felt rushed. Shout out to Susie and Kacey who were so nice. I love seeing good teamwork in a restaurant, and these girls worked great together. Thank you all for a lovely and memorable experience. We can't wait to visit again.

The small team of friendly staff were vibrant and enthusiastic, and couldn't do enough to help.They had a great product knowledge (one of our party being coeliac) and were only too happy to prepare special meals for us. Gluten free pasta with chilli king prawn was exceptional and the veal was certainly one of the best meals out I've had-tender, flavoursome and served with fantastic little potatoes. The young lady (Laura I think) gave us a very warm welcome and continued to wait on us hand and foot with great humour, despite the restaurant being nearly full! Even the chef came out to serve meals and chat to a few tables with her, a very nice touch we felt. We have rebooked for next week, with friends, and can't wait to sample more of the delicious menu. Like many others KFC Dumfries is no different menu wise from other outlets of the same name…read more Offering a variety of unique chicken portions in their infamous southern fried coating, fries, side orders of coleslaw or beans and ice cream sundaes or avalanche, KFC is probably the king when it comes to fast food chicken. Situated on the outskirts of Dumfries the restaurant is clean and tidy and offer the option to drive thru rather than sit inside. In all KFC is a fast food outlet for chicken lovers, with some of their produce given an extra bite with a spicy coating.
