Great store with great prices! Thrift shopping is always a treasure hunt. I love the mission of this store, giving people a second chance and hand up in life. Clerks are professional and fast. Easy to find any items I'm looking for - sections are well-marked. It's a non profit, not the Hilton, so I wouldn't expect it to be sparkling clean. I also love donating gently used items here. Customer service is always horrible and the same lady at the counter gets worse and worse not matter how good or polite you try to be even when your given her nasty attitude. They is no such thing as quality customers service with her . I have been coming less and less and today drew the last straw waited forever to look at something she keeper using a loud voice pushing me off till last min. Then was causing me out about showing me something and I was even pointing at it and her attitude got even more ugly as normal. My youngest child wone even come in this store anymore cause of how nasty this woman is everytime. Abd that says alot cause my lil loves to treasure hunt. This is a better-than-average Salvation Army - and certainly the cleanest one I've ever visited. And you know that smell? Dust mixed with old? Well, it's pretty muted here - a nice bonus for those of us who care about our olfactory senses. I will admit, after hearing my brother's stories of going in and landing $400 suits for $2.99, my expectations were a little too high. There are amazing deals to be had, but you still have to wade through endless racks of clothes. Everything is sorted by color, and not by size, making for a long search to find something that fits. Almost all of the clothes are priced from 99-cents to $3.99. The coats and formalwear are a little more. But all in all, extremely affordable. My one complain? The furniture is TERRIBLE. Desks with missing drawers, dressers that are split down the side - and everything is priced so ridiculously high. I have pulled stuff out of dumpsters that has looked better than some of the things they are charging $80 for. All in all, it's a great place to go for clothes. But stick to craigslist for any furniture needs. read more

So we had this pretty old recliner chair we didn't need anymore and deiced we'll donate it. We dropped it off by the back entrance and went through the front entrance to see if there is anything interesting inside. To my disgust and dismay I saw somebody putting our recliner with the rest of the inventory, not more than 2 mins. after we dropped it off. Well what's wrong with that you may ask? I love this store, I always find something. Lots of furnitures, bed sheets, blankets, comforters, crockpots, boardgames, clothes, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, ties, hats, the works. If you want new-ish clothes I'd also check Trader K but here you can find more variety of things. Keep things out of the waste stream too which is great. I would please like them to sort their clothing by size, and not by color, like most other thrifty stores do! read more

Meh, they have a great selection of stuff there's no doubt about that plus the store is very clean and well taken care of, just some of the people who work there are kind of sketchy so it makes one a bit uneasy browsing there. The staff is mostly friendly particularly the loading staff people/the people who work at the donation drop off spot, as they helped me 100% after I bought a bookcase and needed to fit it into my car. Prices on select items are a little outrageous on some things like furniture (30-100$) and electronics such as blender and lamps (25-40$) a lot of junk, it isn't organized real well in the kitchen, books, records and magazines sections at all so be prepared to spend time sifting thru things read more

Overall mixed experience with bringing donations to this location. The lady who helped us at the back entrance was extremely helpful and efficient, and super friendly! I wish everyone else who worked at this location was as great as her. On the front end however, a very different case. On the day I went, there were two ladies up front. One would not help customers because she was too busy chatting, and the other was extremely nasty to us. I only went in to donate and ask a question about getting a receipt, and she treated me as if I were trying to steal from her. I won't be back here unless I am forced to come back. read more
