They had 3 selections: Frijole (Refried Beans), Queso (Cheese), and Revuelta (Bean, Cheese, and Pork). I remember the first time that I had tried Pupusas for the first time at El Salvador Restaurant. I was hanging out with some friends (some were from El Salvador) after we performed the La Rueda in the parade. They wanted me to try this restaurant since I had never had food from El Salvador. I had the Revuelta, which was filled with beans, queso, and steak and they were so delicious! However, this time at the food truck, the toppings were a bit different. The Cabbage and Salsa had some kick to it and were marinated in some kind of liquid. I'm not sure what it was, but I definitely enjoyed this difference. They had some Specialty Pupusas, but they didn't get around to making them because the crowd was very large and they wanted to supply the regular Pupusas first before selling the Specialty ones.
