Be aware of this fraud!! I don't even know where to begin. This lady will make you wait for hours…read morein her home while she is upstairs messing around doing her own thing. She is the most disorganized person I've ever met or seen in my life. Once she has you waiting for her for at least 2 hours before meeting with you at your scheduled time, She will spend hours talking about irrelevant things about her personal life and will want to charge you more because she ran out of time talking about herself and her problems and will want to schedule more appointments. When I first started she told me that she would need 650 dollars from me and charge the rest to my insurance card and that would cover the total cost in order to get an evaluation report. To make a long story short what should've only took a few months to get completed turned into a 6 month long process and then she went back on her word and wanted to charge me another 800 dollars. During this process she even told me a few times how she hates filling out reports. This should've been a red flag to me. This woman is a scam artist!! Let's just say, I never got the evaluation because she kept dragging her feet and wanting to charge much more than she first quoted me. I was so mad I contacted my insurance company to report claims fraud and contacted the IDFPR to file a claim. This crazy woman was so unethical and unprofessional, not to mention, scammed me and my insurance company for a job that wasn't finished I can't believe this woman is still running a business. Since the IDFPR board is so backed up with cases (imagine that) they said it would probably take a couple months to get back with me. I'm sure most of their cases are against Dr. Valez. Thanks to this scam artist I went to court 6 months later without an Evaluation that I paid for and went out of my way to meet with Jane Valez for hours on end to only end in disaster. Thanks Dr. Valez!! you are not a woman of your word and you completely wasted my time. you didn't care about me or the report I was needing to file with the court. i don't even know how you sleep at night knowing how you scam people.
